Terms and conditions

Payment
Payment should be made in euros (€). Please state your name, address and "MENOPAUSE 2010" on all payments. Your registration will be processed upon receipt of payment only.

The total sum will be paid as follows:

• Online payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express)
• Guaranteed credit card (please download the authorization form and fax it to the Congress Secretariat).
• Remitted to MEDIALERT PROJEKTEN BV h.o.d.n. MARK TWO COMMUNICATIONS ; RABO Bank, Amsterdam, Account no. 11.01.37.787 (Swiftcode: RABONL2U) (IBAN: NL51RABO 0110137787, with reference: Menopause 2010 and family name.)

Confirmation
Upon receipt of the full registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please present this confirmation as proof of registration upon arrival at the registration desk in Amsterdam.

Cancellation and refund
In case of cancellation the refund of registration fees will be effected as follows, provided the cancellation is made in writing. Cancellation received before May 1, 2010: 50%. After this date no refund will be made. The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to claim damages against the organizers of the congress, should the congress be hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economic events or by force majeur in general, or should the non-appearance of speakers or any other reason necessitate a change of programme. Upon registration the participant is aware of and accepts this proviso.
